Voyage de la Vie

After talking about it for so long, we have finally caught Voyage de la Vie @ Resort World Sentosa over the weekend!

Its a theatrical circus, a show about love, temptation, conflict and... contortion. Overall, quite a nice performance but don't think its suitable for young children as some of the scenes were rather intimidating. Thankfully, Kaeden sat through the whole 90 minutes *phew*

And by the way, I received a stalk of rose from Jonathan Leong (our Singapore Idol and also lead character in the show) while he was performing the finale song!

Ashlyn @ 3 Months Old

Brought Ash for her 1st dose of 5-in-1, Pneumococcal & Rota Virus @ Kinderclinic yesterday.

Poor girl is suffering a mild fever now @ 37.7oC. Just fed her Progesic and hope the fever will go away soon.

She is weighing 5.59Kg at length 59.5cm. Growing really well and my Dad adore her to bits!

Updates on Big Move as @ 21/02

Had an eventful Saturday last weekend with Ash's passport and our bank account settled in prepration for the Big Move.

With 2 kids in tow and me working full time, I am proud of our progress, mainly attributed to my excellent planning (how boss-to-be? got higher pay bo?)

Kaeden helping us to entertain Ash. She seems happy to have Kor-Kor talking to her!

We even had time to sit down for a nice Japanese buffet lunch @ Heeren.

Valentine's Day 2011

Although this year V-day celebration amidst all the logistics planning was a simple one but Walker's gesture touched me.

For a start, he was really early tonight and a little surprise was already waiting for me in my seat. Heehee a cute little bear holding on to my favourite mylar and a card from Kaeden!

He also packed dinner from Jack's place to dine at home since its kinda difficult with Ash turning cranky near her bedtime.

We had an enjoyable night simply chatting about our day, seeing Kaeden floating around us nipping on our food and hearing Ash's soft breathing through the baby monitor. Even Milo's soft growling in the background didn't affect the atmosphere. Yes, I am indeed that easily contented :)

Preparation for the Day

The date has more or less been confirmed and we are now in the midst of preparing for the Big Move.

Called GH this morning to enquire on the procedure for Kaeden's withdrawal as well as Ash's enrolment in N1 when we are back. Somehow kind of feel sad that we are leaving. Walker was telling me few days back that its gonna be very draining on me if I have such strong attachment for things, both living and non-living. I also know but then how?

Also met up with Alvin and Serena yesterday regarding the house and was told if we are targetting to rent out by April, we got to vacate the place by mid-March... *PaNiC*

So many logistic stuff to settle and time seems to ZOOM pass so quickly :( I am glad to have always make an effort to prepare in advance even though nothing was firm then... because feeling sad and getting emotional definitely slow down my ability to get things done...

Happy Rrrr-bit Year!

Its Ash's first CNY with our family and needless to say, she was the center of attention throughout (esp with the male species in my family!)

We dropped over @ mum's to 拜年 in the morning before heading down to my in-laws. The grandparents got ga-ga over how cute she looked in the tiny dress.

Ash surrounded by angpows from Ah 公 and Grandma which Kaeden can't wait to "safekeep" for her!

Our 初一 dinner @ Swensen, IMM

Hope everyone have a Blessed New Year in 2011!

Ashlyn & the Nebulizer

Sadly we didn't manage to prevent Ashlyn from getting associated with the Nebulizer but at the same time, am thankful that its making her better...

Brought her back to Dr Lee on Tuesday even though her cough sounded the same to me. We just want to make sure whether is she getting better or not and apparently she isn't :( She has started to wheeze...

Our companion for this CNY. So many different type of medicines...

Ash wasn't at all affected by the loud sound and smoke oozing towards her face. On the contrary, I think she found it amusing :P

Kaeden heard Ash cried and thought she was afraid so he came in to offer some help. Heehee actually she is crying for milk lah...

Her satisfied face after milk feed. Simply love her chubby cheeks! So c.u.t.i.e!
