For the past few days, I have been feeling a “crampy” feeling around my tummy. Not sure whether is this supposed to be normal or a result of Ginger’s jump on me recently.
In order to be on the safe side, I gave Dr Ho a call, hoping to seek some advice from him. Although his schedule is rather tight today, his nurse still made an effort to slot me in for a short visit.
Everything is fine and the conclusion for the cramp was that it could most likely be caused by the expansion of the uterus to accommodate the growing baby. Knowing that, I heave a sigh of relieve!

Baby No 1: Week 7 & Day 5
A visit to Dr Ho always set me in high anticipation. As we made our way down to the clinic, I was praying to God, seeking his blessings that everything will be in good hands.
While watching Dr Ho get ready for the scan using the V-probe, my heart was beating very fast. I was looking at the screen eagerly hoping to see some signs of baby’s heartbeat but am still clueless about the images shown. It was Dr Ho’s reassuring smile as he called out to hubby to come join us that calms my heart. He was pointing out to us that the flickering thing within the gestational sac is the baby’s heartbeat! Unknowingly, tears started to flow down my eyes. The feeling of happiness was simply indescribable!
